How to make an order?
Add the products you have chosen to your basket using the green button. This process goes even faster with your SeekandCare account, because we already know you. Don't have an account? You can view the items and services offered on our platform but you will not be able to order without logging in.
How can I change my order?
Contact our customer service to change the name or address of the delivery.
Cancelling your order is possible as long as the product/service has not been validated by the supplier.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible as long as your product has not been validated by the supplier. Your product has already been sent? You can refuse it on delivery or return it via the online return form.
How to compare products?
In the overviews, you can check "Comparison" for products you find interesting. This is also possible on the product page itself. You have selected two or more products? You can view the comparison via "View comparison".
Product stock status - Is my product in stock?
This information can be found on the product page next to the price. The product page contains the latest information on the stock status of the product, either online or in the stores of our supplier partners.
How do I pay?
Online, you can pay via Bancontact (card and app), credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or manual transfer.
Does SeekandCare have a secure payment area?
Of course we do. The payment takes place in a secure internet space so that no third party can see your data. Your transaction data is encrypted and sent via an SSL connection. An SSL connection can be recognised by the green padlock in your browser. In addition, suppliers will only be paid after you have received the goods.
